As I promised I send you the photo of my version of ‘Stitching for Christmas’.

The top has been finished long time ago, but in the autumn I got a new sewingmaschine (Janome Memery Craft 7700 QCP) and I joined a course for 4 saturdays with free motion quilting. There were a lot of homework to do in between the saturdays and finally I dared to do the free motion quilting on real projects.

Practice is the code word but I had to give it a try.

I am satisfied with the quilt and my thoughts with the colours I have chosen are that I can hang it up at the wall much earlier and have more pleasure of it then. Christmas is cosy but very short.

I cannot find all the ladies who designed this quilt but I want to say thank you to all of you .
